I wanted this to get a little more traffic so if the mods would be so kind as to leave it here for a few days that would be greatly appreciated.

My question is this. I have a 2001 with ML and no nav. I am wondering if I got the nav system (screen, drive, and amplifier which I already have) if the wiring is ready. Are the ML equipped cars all nav ready. It would seem like more of a pain to have three different audio options from the factory, but I can't be sure. Also, can someone confirm that the drive is located above the amplifier in the trunk on nav equipped cars? Also are the wiring for the climate controls able to be unplugged from the ML unit and plugged into the nav unit.
