I'm not sure but I believe the Cinnabar was offered ever since 98 models and even exists on new 2001 models. Spectra Blue Mica was from 98 ~ 2000. There were only a few of those blues for 2000.
2nd GEN = 98 ~ present GS300. Yes they're available with optional HID headlamps.

theres a guy posting on ebay a lexus gs400 for sale with a rare color. i think its blue or something.
search for lexus gs400 and scroll through.
seems like a lexus fanatic, maybe call him up after finding the link on ebay and see if he knows since he himself has a rare color.
