Is there any way to get VVT-i into a GS300? Maybe without an engine swap. Is it worth it, even though I save fuel?

98+ GS300s all have VVT-I

oh really? i dint even know that toyota made their cars with VVT-i in 98... crap, im stupid. Another question, just making sure... VVT-i is pretty much a VTEC for toyota's cars right? I dont know this cuz I only have a 95 ES300.
