Default Climate Control Outside reading 114 degrees

My climate control on my 98 GS400 says that outside is 114 degrees. Never goes below 100 degrees. Any ideas on how to fix it? Thanks.

It is normal if the car has been parked with windows closed, sitting in the hot sun. Once you drive, it will go back to normal

Normal if you are driving around Phoenix.

Actually probably the sensor went bad. I think it is behind the front bumper near the condensor. I don't think it is too much and it should be easy to change.
