I just had the Eibach pro kit installed(1.25 drop). Is an alignment needed? I heard with that small of a drop, it wouldnt be needed. I would like to know for sure. I have new tires, and wouldnt want to wear them out. Also, does the size of the wheel matter with the alignment?

Thanks
Mike

Yes, even with a minimal drop like that, you don't want to take a risk of prematurely wearing out your tires. Its well worth spending $50 for an alignment than a couple hundred $$$ for new tires.

For 16, 17, and 18 inch wheels, it really wouldn't matter on the size from what I am told. (correct me if I am wrong) but when you go larger than 18, then it would be a problem by trying to align your car with the computer. My alignment guy had to do my alignment manually because his comp couldn't do 20's.
