Cool Finally got a 'GS'

I joined this forum a couple of months ago as a spectator. I have always been a fan of the GS4. It recently turned into an obsession. I sold my 350z and bought this. It is not perfect, but it will be fun to mod. It is a 1999 GS400, Green on Tan. 66K, HID+yellow fogs.

welcome to the club...Yes you will be addicted to modding your gs4. None of us are recovering Did you need more room or something to give up a car like the 350z?

I didn’t have enough room in the 350z. It took me a couple of years to figure out that I am still a Sedan kinda guy. Maybe it is because I never shifted very fast in my 350z, but my girlfriend and I both think the GS4 is as fast or faster than my 350z. Maybe it is all in my head. But I do know my GS is much more comfortable though

Welcome to the world of CL and to Lexus . The GS4 is a great car but it had to be a tuff decision to give up that sweet Z!

Welcome to CL!! Nice pick up on the GS, but the Z is awfully nice also, must of been a tough decision to make. If a family is in the near future you madde the right choice.

Its pretty close I had a run in with a 350 Z on the highway and we took it up to about 120 and we were nose to nose. Welcome to CL and enjoy your Jade green GS400. It sounds like it fits your personality more.

Based on what your Z looked like, I cant wait to see what you do to the GS

Congrats.!
