Thanks for a warm welcome, guys.

I really like this car a lot and thought it was a once in a lifetime offer when I found it: complete history, nice color and nearly-new interior in combination with a low mileage (most other GS300 cars I saw here had 100K mile or more. And as form owner of some USA-cars (Malibu, Camaro, Lingenfelter-Corvette) and some 300+hp Subaru's I thought I couldn't be suprised anymore. But I could, especially by the luxury, building quality and the lack of noise. So i'm very happy.

I saw some of you have similar oranje lights on the frontbumper-sides as I have and some have them in white. Can anyone tell me where I can order these ? If yes, this will be mij first mod.

The second mod will be a set of nice and bigger wheels, as I told in my first topic. Will search to find a couple of nice ones on the Internet and looking pics of some GS300's which already have other wheels. Where can I find some of these pics ?

Will sent Richie a PM in Dutch to hear more from him and his car, of course.

Here I am again ....

I'm very happy with the GS, driving it now for about 3 months.

Bought a set of bright/white sidemarkers in the USA, to replace the orange onces and the car already looks a lot better now in my eyes. New 18" 5-spoke rims and Good Years will come in about a month from now (if the weather turns better..).

I have a question: my Corvette friend sometimes get info on their Vettes by forum-guys in the USA who have a Carfax-subscribtion .. you just need to fill in the VIN code and you'll get a full report on the car.

Can someone here help me out on this one and get me the info on my car, after I PM my VIN-code, of course ??? Would like to know what Carfax has on my vehicle !

Hope you can help.

Fred,

I'm sorry but we don't allow carfax requests on our site.

Yeah, but mine is the only euro spec.
... so people can see which one of us they see ...

In my case that's easy, because I haven seen a second GS like mine (US-specs) here in Holland so far.

Green is rare indeed, at least here in the USA on the east coast. Welcome to the club!

This is how my car looks now, with a set of new 18" rims, GY tyres and Crystal clear sidelights that I imported from the USA.

Another picture from the side:
