Big lips!
Check out the wheels below; look at how much the spokes bow out over the lips. I say that it's 1/2 real lip. If you placed a disc over the spokes, you'd only see half of the lip. Flame away, but in my opinion, real lip should be measured from the outer most part of the wheel center /spokes to the edge of the lip. No offense to the owner, but the 2 $20 bills only equate to $20 worth of lip. Check out Antbo's wheels, above, the center does not bow out over the lips.

No offense to the CL member(s) who has that TSW wheels. But I don't think that lip is justified. I am not 100% if that particular design by TSW (Total Soft Wheel) will pass the JDM inspection standard with that thin spoke mainly to make visual illusion that it has a bigger than what it is lip action. When I first saw that wheel, I was wondering the integrity of that wheel as to how it will hold up on the regular driving condition... pot holes, bumps, etc. Not to mention, it is believe to be a non forged wheel. From I have heard and read, "Totally Soft Wheel" lives up to its name. Both jsl757and "Lexus GS3"(aka Tommy) have some kick a$$ quality JDM wheels with similar design and decent lip actions.
Why do I mention this? I have heard too often that people regret their purchase after dropping some serious dough. There are quite a few reputable vendors here on CL(D2, Creative Auto Network, etc.). If you are looking for a set with some serious lip action, hit them up.
P.S. Rominl's Blue GS has some serious lip action also.

What are the specs? Are those the one D2 was selling here recently? I really like that look.... hmmm... I wonder If I can get that in chrome.
