Tried searching but could not find anything directed towards this.

I am in the process of switching my rear view mirror and need to remove the old one. Can anyone assist me on how this is done ? I am switching my non-compass mirror for one with the compass.

Figured it out and got it done. Just needed to analize the whole project with a bit more detail.
