hey guys i got some of the blinker covers for the gs i need help on how to install they just don't pop on it seems to be smaller slightly, so i am thinking the back peice comes off so the covers could go on, any advice.

On a 2GS, there is no back piece. The housing is one whole piece. Usually, these covers just goes over the top of the housings. You might also need to do some adjustments if you bought some JDM mirrors made for RHD cars.

that doesn't look like it's for the gs...... unless it's a full replacement, but then i don't see any mounting screw positions?

Well near the window is what my concern is if the whole thing comes off what goes there? I just thought they were covers as described on ebay, but seems to me they are something else?

These are not full replacement and does not look like they were made for the 2GS. The Tom's I have needed some tweaking but the shape was close to the OEM mirror. The way the outside edge slopes does not look like a 2GS mirror housing at all.

Just hang tight. There will be some aftermarket company other than JP that will make affordable turn signal mirrors for our cars.
