Dilemma- What to do next with my GS
Right now at the moment i'm at a crossroads, whether to go on with my GS or trade it in for something else (honda s2k , is300 sportx, or bmw 3 series) this january.
Right now with dog doctor bills and school, i'm having trouble selling off the parts i have already, and more of my mods might be on the way as well.
The GS is fun and all, i like the engine but the car just isn't "there" for me. The gas could be better and there's a few things i'd have to fix for the GS to be ok (paint, leather seats, headliner) which could cost a pretty penny. Also the mileage is high (118k) and i'm worried about maint down the road.
On the otherhand, the S2k is small (and i'm afraid it might get stolen again) the Sportx only get marginally better gas mileage and the bmw will be costly to fix. Though these cars could cost a bit less then my GS (owe about 17k still) and have lower miles, maybe even be under warranty.
i need some direction from folks who've been there, should i just throw down all the cash i can to lower my GS's loan (probably about 3 thou) and trade it in or stick it out, cost wise either is feasible, i'm just not sure what to do.
Any thoughts?
