Crackling noise from CDs

Crackling noise from CDs
I've recently noticed that some CDs crackle as they are being played. 
I've moved disks around to different slots, but the same ones seem to always crackle. The strange part is, I've played these disks in the changer without any issues in the past. I first noticed the problem on CD's which were burned from converted MP3s. Now it appears other copied CDs are doing the same. 
I haven't noticed any store bought disks having any issue at this point.
Has anyone had this problem with their NAK or any other system? Is there a fix?

The only crackling noise i get is when certain cell phones are placed near my head unit... especially if they ring. And Nextel radio feature really whacks it out. Singular messes it up but my Alltel doesn't bug it at all hardly.

What I can't figure out though is why these disks didn't crackle before now I haven't burned any CDs in quite some time!
