i think i have a clip at home but i'm in school right now (dorming) and I don't have the clip on my laptop... i'll get it here as soon as i can, which is in a couple of weeks at the earliest.

the difference i hear in the sound is that on the 300 it has a more of a roar and it sounds pretty aggressive... i love the sound.

on the 430, it's got a real low growl or purr. it's not the aggressive roar i hear on the 300.

both sound good IMO.

I only hear the roar when i step on the pedal....when off the pedal and crusing....its silent as stock. When downshifting....i hear the prrrr.

Btw....my pedal feels better now...for some reason.

That's nice to know. The RMM is quiet on the 400 but when I had it on my 300, there is a slight drone. I can't remember at what RPM was the worse but it is there constantly (except at idle). It was definitely not stock quiet. It was not so loud to be annoying, just there to remind you it is present.

I assume when you lay into it, you will hear it. But if you are cruising or light pedal, do you hear it? Were you just revving in the parking garage?

With the OEM, you hear pretty much nothing (inside the car) when you drive non-aggressively around town. This was not the case for the Borla nor the RMM.

Anytime you press the pedal...you will hear it. When you downshift...you will hear it.

Its quiet as stock only when the foot is off the pedal....at the correct gear for the corresponding speed.

So...if im going 60 mph in 5th gear....and i take my foot off the pedal....its pretty silent, but if going at 60 mph and i downshift to 4th....then to 3rd gear....you will hear it.

Hope that clears it up.

LOL. Thanks Pete. Sounds like the others. For a minute, I thought you had found my holy grail in terms of exhausts. Still, for anyone who wants to hear their exhaust everytime gas is applied, then it is not a problem. I've gotten used to it. The wife on the other hand,

on my GS430 you get the low growl and purr when you're pressing the gas and the car is accelerating...

when i floor the gas, the blitz roars but it's a low roar...

when i have my foot off the gas and the car is standing still, the car has a low drone to it... not bad and it's not noticeably loud but it definitely has a sound.

overall... i love the blitz... awesome exhaust...

but i heard the greddy evo-catback on 2001hightecGS car and it sounds totally awesome... but that might also be because he has a 300 and it's turbo.
