I picked up my new GS430. ML. Nav. 17"chrome. Spoiler. I love it! Cant believe i waited this long to buy a Lexus. I want to do some mods, what would you guys suggest to do first? I tried to do the chrome grill but i cant find the molding that is big enough to fit the 430 grill. Any suggestions?

if you want cosmetics here is a list of some sites you can visit:

www.gtautosports.com

www.rodmillen.com

www.lsportline.com

www.ltuned.com

all those website offer some good bodykits for the GS's

you would also want to get some kinda suspension to get rid of the wheel well gap too if you want to retain the Lexus comfort and have a lower stance then I suggest you go with L-tuned suspension which you can get from steve at carson toyota at a great deal, but if you want more agresive handiling then you can go anywhere from H&R/Bilstien combo to Coilover suspension

hope this helps alittle

and if you have the $$$$ and want to get some nice rims then talk to manaray or GlobeCLK there the people to talk to for those things

i was lookiing at the L-Tuned side skirts and the L-Tuned laser cut grill. But i was wonddering if the l-tuned side skirts look good with the stock bumpers. Does any one have a picture of their car with the L-tuned skirts an the stock bumpers?

Thanks again

Congrats on the new GS! What color did ya get?

IMO, skip the Pep-Boys chrome-tape grille job...Go with L-Tuned grille instead...or the JDM Toyota one (all mesh, no "bar"...plus it fits)

As for the L-Tuned side skirts, skip it...it doesn't look much different from stock...for a picture, take a look at the GS on the www.ltuned.com website...now put the stock wheels on, put the stock grille on, raise the car back up, and tell me if you can tell the diff. between that and a stock GS.

The L-tuned shock/spring setup would be a good idea to get rid of that Texas size gap in the wheel well...(especially with the 17's) and if you have your dealer do it, it'll still be under full factory warranty...
