I finally pulled the trigger and called to order my wheels and tires. Go figure! The tires are on back order, and they have to order the wheels in. I want the Kumho 712's. I like the review and the price. I have just enough money for the tires and the wheels. I am trying to find a dealer who carries them. Does anybody know of any?

who did you called? tirerack? they have 3 warehouses.

 

Tirerack has them, but they don't have the wheels I want. I found a place called performance plus. they have both, the wheels and tires. but the guy wont guarantee anything if I get 245/45-17's. They recommend 235's.
So I don't know what to do
Plus this guy is cheaper by like$200 for the whole package. I just need to know what tire to use.

call and ask guys at the tirerack, then order whatever size the rack recommends. they have been doing this for over 20 years.

there is no need for other shop to guarantee anything. just make sure they balance the tyre+wheel right, and the tyres are brand new w/factory warranty for defects. btw, isn't KUMHO giving buyers $50 savings bond-good deal.
