T,
no no no........good thing that you asked
l-tune is part of lexus division, just like TRD is part of toyota. and in europe, there is TTE(toyota team europe).
for now, l-tune is very small part of this lexus tuning scene. they did this to test the h2o and market to see if there is a future for them to get into something like the m-division for bmw, or amg for benz. i too really hope this blossom into a whole l-tune cars with tons of upgrade stuff already installed at the factory.
L-sportsline is just an after market co. that offer several tuning items for lexus. there is NO association w/lexus co.

Just to add some more detail to what Will said...
TRD and L-Tuned are one in the same. They are actually "independant" of Toyota but work VERY, VERY closely with them and they are considered "in-house" as far as anyone is concerned. TTE is also an independant company...
Msport and AMG are 100% owned by their parent companies (BMW and Mercedes respectively)
I have heard rumors that Toyota might be working on some "hot rod" Lexus cars for the U.S. (last I heard, they were using the name TMG...Toyota Motor Sports...WEAK!!!)...supposidly, they want to make a LS500....haven't heard anything since, so who knows...but I really think Lexus need a M/AMG fighter...
L-Sportline is the brainchild of DazzMotorsports. A U.S. based distribution company (they distribute many brands of Japanese and European rims....anyone remember them when they were a "store"...ahhh, the old days!)
L-Tuned items are factory warrantied so long as the dealership puts it in...small detail but it may come up if you ruin your suspension by having your pops put it in.
Lsportline's warrenty is whatever Lsportline offers...like Will said, they have NO association with Lexus.
