hahaha

I wish I could Globe, but I'm lucky to be able to get them for myself.

I was wondering when you were gonna get some rims. I guess you're holding out for when you can get the ones you really want. I guess there are some people on here who can just grab whatever mod they want without thinking twice. That aint me.

God blesses me financially, but not to the point of extremes.

it's like

when I'm saving up for this rim (um......... AV3)
then something else got into me (like....... F-Zero Challenge)
then I spend the money I've saved on something else (front lip)
then I start saving for CHALLENGE, then something else (say like......... SE37A)
then I spend money on exhaust
repeated over and over.

So maybe by time I have enough for LE37K something else new comes up. (but this time it's for reals....... i HAVE to get rims next....... it's only logical)

How much did it come out to? I'm thinking about getting those too. But I have this bias towards dubs. I just like the sound of it and the status. So how much did it come out to and did you get any hook ups?

Caine,

what kind of DUBS you like? for lowenharts ld1s in chrome, you are looking at ~$5500 with Pirelli P0 tyres.

i am trying to get some prices for a few members.

globe:

I would be interested to hear exactly which mods you have made, in the order you made them. And then a list of the next 5 mods you wish you could do.

I bought my GS used about 3 months ago. It had a Rod Millen exhaust and intake, stock rims, stock stereo (no Nav).

First mod was A/D/S amp and subwoofer upgrade. Next mod was SRT Intake and Torque Converter. Now, I'm waiting on my rims and tires. I think my next thing is to replace the RMM exhaust. The pipes are way too fat and stick out too far for my tastes. Looks like drug dealer and is a "little" too loud. Not sure what to do there, Steve at Carson Toyota said maybe I should bo to stock exhuast, but I don't think I want to do that.

GS4Will,

I'm looking at the 20 inch Lowenhart BR5's. I see prices in the high 900 range.

Bobcat,

Do you want to sell your RMM exhaust? Let me know how much you're asking. Thanks.

  • bought my car
  • whole set of Japanese emblems and decals
  • Revolution spoiler
  • RMM intake with Blitz filter
  • Gracer front lip
  • L-Tuned springs and shocks
  • APEXi N1 exhaust
  • getting my grill in 2 days

next 5 mods (if they really work out this way)
1) Rims (some kind of VolkRacing or Advan.... i'm really biased to these wheels)
2) APEXi S-AFC
3) side skirts (probably VeilSide)
4) rear bumper (still looking around)
5) engine mod

but plans change

not the JDM one. The JDM one won't go smooth with my grill project.

I'm getting this Japanese grill called "AeroTech Japan" with RMM mesh. Sounds kinda weird but it'll work out nicely.

I'll post pics when It's done don't worry
