Kijang Innova right? I was part of the team who did alot of the product knowledge summaries for that car. IMV right?

I think you forgot to share the most important thing about that minivan - it is the only minivan in the world (somone correct me if I'm wrong) that is rear wheel drive. (not to mention that it has a frame chassis)

I was thinking that would be crazy if someone dropped in a larger motor in there. Maybe the 1KD-FTV that is on the larger Hilux pickups that share the same platform. Or even the 1GR 4liter V6.

Anyway would love to see more of your garage... sure beats my carpark and my street parking

You are absolutely right. I think the Innova is the first product from the very ambitious IMV plan by Toyota to allow its overseas plants to design and produce their own cars from the very ground up to make it suitable to their own local environments.

And nah, you don't want to see my garage. There's plenty of pics of it floating around in CL.

Yep. It's a very popular thing to do here in Asia to put 3" diameter home audiophile tweeters up front to balance up with the amount of bass coming from the back. My Aurum Sanctus ribbon tweeters are in fact part of the speaker series from Sonus Faber Amati series for the home audio system.

Many people here in fact put on 3-way PHASS or SEAS tweeter system up front. This is the main reason why I need to move my defi gauges down to the center console, because I am really running out of space on my dash and they are beginning to disturb my field of vision.

Thanks, man. I wish I have half your guts to do what you did to your car. I would have gone superwidebody on superstretched 20x12 wheels/tires and custom paintjob.....

LOL, ted. I really don't want to turn this into another thread abt my garage. There're plenty of pics of the garage floating around on CL. But basically, my basement garage can fit about 8-10 cars depending on how you park them. They are all ceramic tiles and there are about 3 separate rooms to contain the "usual garage junk" away from the cars.

LOL, this really is the family grocery getter. The only thing I did to the mpv is to add chrome side mirrors, reverse parking sensor, rear upper bumper guard, rear chrome bumper add-on guard, and rear spoiler. The interior is fully redone in Mastrotto leather. That's it!
