Much thanks to Bay Area event organizer Calvin Yuen for contacting Lexus of Seramonte's (CA) Service Manager on my behalf. According to Calvin, Lexus of Seramonte will turn/replace the rotors & replace the pads under warranty.
That's what I call great customer service.
It is unfortunate that service varies so much from delaer to dealer.
