Anyone know of a good add-on cell-phone mount for hands off use? (the Lexus dual mode factory item is no longer in production B/O recall)

I am currently using a Motorola Star Tac (Dual Mode) on a Pro-Fit mount.

Pro-fit kit

Funny thing about that there supposedly is a Star Tac made for lexus that will auto mute the factory sound system when you receive a call, but the standard Star Tac does not have that feature--kinda sucks.
