I think they are bound to have condensation problems. When I get the new set I am going to break apart the old set and see if I can clean the inside and then reseal them, to see if that helps, unless the condensation is coming from the back of the lens where the bulb is

Chuck, you are exactly right! Most of the cheap sets sold on Ebay have a clear section in the lens that allows you to see the bulb inside showing through. Looks kind of cheap/cheesey in my opinion. The somewhat more expensive ones like the set made by OBX for example have the diamond refractive lens which prevents seeing directly into the bulb compartment. I have seen these on ebay for $25-30. You can install an amber bulb or amber emitting LED in these to remain legal and still have the clear appearance during daylight for the clean look. A little more expensive than the cheapies but a classier look imho (to borrow a phrase from Henry).
