Help A/C Evaporator leak

Yes I got it new from Austin Taxes, and I am taking good care of it.

I got 57,000 miles. I am thinking doing it my self

did you at least try to get the dealer to work with you? tell them the car is only 7k out of warranty, and you don't expect this out of a $50k Lexus, etc............

ok I have removed my dash my self and put it back... I must say its a lot of work.

In order to fix the evaporator, the white box must be removed because it inside.

wow-you really went for it
hope it works ok for you. are the refrigerant fittings just screw on? Do you use some kind of teflon sealant on threads?
