Is this how much a TRD upgrade would cost?

What do you guys think about the following TRD upgrade prices for the GS400:

TRD Metallic Brake Pads - $180
TRD STB Front - $220
TRD Front Sway Bar - $292
TRD Rear Sway Bar - $252
TRD Lower Chassis Brace - $170

are they too high, or just right?

Do you guys think the investment is worth it?

Nanotech, I don't know where in TN you are, but if you want to swing down to Atlanta, I can SHOW you what all that will do for your car.

One thing though, are you doing springs and shocks? I'd do that before the rest of it.

I had the upgrades added to my 2000 gs400. The car felt much better--turning is more precise. It was definitely worth is. I will be having wood trim installed on Monday.

I am probably going to be coming over around the Atlanta area (Rome, GA) to visit family next month sometime. Maybe I will be able come down to Atlanta to visit you and your GS.

I am going to be bringing my van however, unless I can fit everything in the GS.

Thanks for your offer.

About the shocks, I can't do them here in my area, my GS already hits the ground in many places around here. But I want to do it soooo badly ! Maybe if I can find something that can adjust quickly and a touch of a button then I will do it, that way when I am cruising on good flat roads, on the highway or when I am parked I can lower it, and when I need to enter a certain place or parking lot I can make it go about in a couple of seconds.

Anyone know of such a thing? I heard that hydraulics could do that, but I don't know about installing something so far out like that in my GS. And I am sure it will cost a lot more too.

OK, let me know if you're still interested when you come down this way.

As for aftermarket hydraulics, I've heard they handle like crap.
