hi guys,

just want to know ... which car would be faster, stock?
I really like the GS 430 exterior style ... but since I am in the northeast, I thought a awd would be nice to have.
Both cars have nice interiors too ...

2003 A6 4.2 Quattro or 2003 GS 430.

Has anyone driven both?

i have i like the gs for luxury but i have a s4 with the 4.2 v8 in it and its really quick honestly i wold go with the gs430 for comfort and size inside my s4 i smaller and the a6 is barely bigger

 

I have driven both also. I like the A6 also but the GS and its quality is hard to pass. Audi makes great cars but still is not to par with Lexus. I would go with the 430 for sure.

 

The GS is much faster than the A6. The AWD system adds a lot of weight to the car, and the A6 is not as balanced as the GS in terms of weight distribution.

The GS is a better car all around IMO. If u really need AWD, u should also consider the MB E-Class.
