I am new to the board and would like to know if any body has used a drop in K&N airfilter on a GS 400 or 430. If so....were did you get it and how much did it help? Thanks in advance.

KN only has the filter for the GS400 at the present time. summitracing.com ~$30.

GS430 application will be available later.

 

you can have mine for $10. it has about 10k on it.
I won't need it once the SR HFI comes in .

 

I don't think you will notice a performance gain, but I think you get a little better mileage. I've got one with about 1k miles on it; you can have it. Send me $10.00 to cover boxing and shipping. I installed a SRT HFI/ECU last year.
