Default the curse?

Hi Guys,

I know I don't post here much, but trust me, I browse quite a bit. Enough to know that every so often, "the curse" hits. As of last week, I think the curse hit me. Although I've only had my GS3 for about a little over a year now, it's been a long road trying to gather knowledge and save up to get mods.

I am looking to my brothers and sisters for advice.

Just to give you guys a little background, the first 2 weeks I had my beautiful car, it got dinged really bad in a parking lot, it was apparent that person had bad intentions. Then, about 6 months later, my girlfriend scratched the car leaving about a 17 inch mark through the clearcoat of the right front fender. Third, as I was going to Costco in alhambra, a lady at a stop sign decided that she didn't want to see me as I was passing in front of her. She hit my rear right bumper and quarter panel, and then decided to take off. Luckily I got her license plate and filed a report. Lastly, last week as I was going home with my girlfriend, I was on the 91 fwy in the carpool lane. There was a tow hook with a 6 foot chain sitting on the road. The car in front of me ran over it with no problem, but it kicked it up a little bit. I couldn't go anywhere. It was either hit the center divider or hit the car to my right. I tried to avoid it the best i could by going over it but not rolling over it. The hook somehow attached itself to my exhaust and as my car pulled the chain, the chain came over the car and hit the top of my car. So now after this incident, I am left with a damaged rear bumper, trunk, left and right rear quarter panels, bent exhaust, scratched rear window, cracked windshield and a blown right rear tire.

At this point, I not only think the curse may have hit me, but I think my car itself may be cursed. Not to impress religion upon anyone here, but I even had the car blessed when I first got it. I am having serious thoughts about trading the car in.

What would you guys do?

Thanks for listening. I will post pics soon, as I am having trouble downloading the pics to my computer.

Sorry to hear your misfortune. I live in Alhambra and i know how those *****n asian ladies drives.. I feel you bro. I wish you good luck. DOnt trade in your car. The way your car is right now,, You cant get alot money out of it.. I would claims insurance find a good body shop and put your car back to new conditions. After all that is done.. Buy a JP fusa and Kintsuna and hang it. It's been told hanging those pretzel like strings will bring you good luck.

I totally agree with Tommy on this one, ALhambra drivers are the worse in California! Just be careful and pray.. Good luck with everything.

Knock on wood, but thats what I hang in my car. heheClick here to see the kitsuna and fusa if your unfamiliar with it.

Hi Guys and Gals,

I finally got some pics of the damage. Thanks again for all your input. Thankfully, insurance will cover it with the exception of my $300 deductible.

This final pic is a shot of the culprit. Looked like some sort of serial killer weapon to me. I know the damage may not look that bad to some, but trust me, it hurt me to even look at it.
