Default Very satisfied customer.

Well, I purchased my car used in Feb, and it was still covered under the basic warrenty. I brought my car to get the placitc cover on my cluster replaced becuase of some spots and because the door was making a clicking sound.

They ordered the parts a few months ago, but I was just too busy to come in. During that time, my window started to make a small but weird sound and I also felt that their was wind coming in when I drove on the freeway.

So I make an appointment, and I tell the consultant the other issues I was having. I bring in my car, tell them the issues again, and I was off with my loaner car within 15 minutes. They were super nice, and never questioned any of the issues.

I pick up my car and everything was fixed, with a CAR WASH!! I have never had great customer service like this before. They treated me with respect and resolved any problem I had on my car. It felt as though I had a Brand New car.

I just wanted to share with you guys my great experience today.

That's awesome you're being treated with such great service! Would you mind telling me which dealer you are going to? I can't seem to get that type of service at my dealer in southern california.

thanks.

I am the biggest ahole when it comes to cars and how they should perform so take these comments with a grain of salt. I personally feel a Lexus is marginally better than a domestic and on a dollar for dollar basis the domestics win hands down. However, make no mistake, or have any doubt, Lexus customer service is the BEST. Their service is second to none. Noyone even comes close to the way the DEALERSHIPS service departments treat you. You will never be treated better than you will be treated by a Lexus service department with respect to anything you purchase, a car, a house. My sisters POS BMW 528i is about to go out of warranty. I told her to go buy a $33500 ES 330 and I can guarantee for the next 4 years / 50K miles she will never be without a car and every little gripe she may have about the car will be addressed. Now when the car goes out of warranty and you start paying for it, it will probably hurt. My radio was replaced because the volume know was difficult to turn, I was in the dealership for a total of 7 minutes (I timed it) between picking up the loaner and dropping it off to pick up mine!!!!!!!!

:sound of grains of salt falling on the floor: (whatever that sounds like lol! )

Your opinions aside...I agree, the Lexus dealerships do treat their customers very well, but like anything else there are those bad apples...for example I will not go to the Lexus dealer close to me because they suck...so I go out of my way to drive to a great one with great service.

Glad you found one close by.
