Very satisfied customer.
They ordered the parts a few months ago, but I was just too busy to come in. During that time, my window started to make a small but weird sound and I also felt that their was wind coming in when I drove on the freeway.
So I make an appointment, and I tell the consultant the other issues I was having. I bring in my car, tell them the issues again, and I was off with my loaner car within 15 minutes. They were super nice, and never questioned any of the issues.
I pick up my car and everything was fixed, with a CAR WASH!! I have never had great customer service like this before. They treated me with respect and resolved any problem I had on my car. It felt as though I had a Brand New car.

)Your opinions aside...I agree, the Lexus dealerships do treat their customers very well, but like anything else there are those bad apples...for example I will not go to the Lexus dealer close to me because they suck...so I go out of my way to drive to a great one with great service.
