Default Questions Re TSBs

Taking my car back to the dealership on Wednesday (noticed a strange noise-posted in an earlier thread).

Question.... Do you think the dealer would have performed all the TSBs prior to certfication? I guess I can just ask when I get there.... Can I assume the TSB repairs will have to be done If I ask (assuming they have not been)? I `ve printed out the ones listed on this site.....Any more for the 2001 300?

I`m not really upset about having to take it back (in less than a week) the tech could have easily missed it (faint sound).... any way I want to get a couple of C-BEST settings changed.....and this is my second purchase from this dealer.....like them a lot.

Anything else you guys might suggest getting done or looked at while I`m there........

Thanks......

Dave

TSB will only be performed if customer notes complaint. You have to go in there and tell them you hear a clunk on turns for the sway bar TSB to be performed. If you say perform this TSB they will ask why. TSB are not recalls. Mine was certified and as far as I can tell they did nothing. How many miles is on yours?

Davo,

You can ask the dealer to print out the entire service history for the car for your review. I agree with XYZ that the dealer won't perform them unless there has been a request / complaint from the prior owner.
