The Veilside rear always looks hot, can't wait to see your pics after you slap the wheels on.

Default Thanks

All:
Thanks guys for the compliment.. I will slap my rims soon

lexusk8 and Lex_Fnatic:
Actually, I told the bodyshop to smoke my lower-part of my tail light, and I totally shocked when I saw they painted it.. I personally dont like it, I will keep them like that for now, but later I will ask them to remove the paint if it does not damage the tail light material and smoke it instead of painting it..
What do guys think? Is it better for the tail light painted like that?

Will:
I'll put them soon.. will my stock exhaust burn my bumper if I don't add tips on it???

rominl:
Lower it some more?? I'll think about it .. The road in Milwaukee is not friendly enough.. I'd rahter hang higher rather than having scratch on my kit for now.. and I prefer save some $$ for mufflers.. any suggestion??

Yes,
IMO it looks cool for a couple reasons:...

-it's original (only seen*((forgot how to spell )) ...one aristo in a japan website with 98-00 lights smoked in this way, as well as one at some "show" website which looks similar to yours (do you like this more)...

-it looks classy
...is it legal though?

And, when you get on your rims, or better even - now...... -can you put a close up shot of those tails.
Thanks!

well, if the roads are that bad, then i guess you are out of options. but for sure if it's lower, it would look so much better

B,
not sure the bumper opening, if there is space, i would suggest you get ~4-4.25" oval style tips and have the shop weld to the oiginal muffler. from the pics, it seemed to me the stock tips are too close to the bumper, and i hate to see such nice bumper get burned

Will, how long usually it get burned? Bcause I won't get a muffler immediately..
Any idea to prevent it temporarily??? (besides changing the tip)

siniquezu: where can I get that (bumper plate)? on the muffler shop?

B,

not sure on the time frame, i will not take the chances though, it can get HOT around the muffler tips..if you do not plan on getting muffler, at least have the shop lengthen the factory tips
