But of course it does turn into a big money project:
1. L-sportline front bumper
2. L-sportline rear bumper
3. Exhaust redo

How much are we talking? Approximately $2.5K ? I would rather spend the $2.5K on an audio upgrade - more bang for the buck IMO.
Honest of you to admit about the lip, Hameed. I think that mod looks better on a dark car like Dave's.

And yes, it's a chunk of change for those mods... I need to save some for my dang house money pit project that's under way. Looks like I'm gonna go at least $10K over budget already.

Yes it's not gonna break the bank (yet!). It's partly because of the dang clay in the sandy soil in your lovely state of Florida! They had to do a LOT of excavation and back fill / packing to get the lot ready for foundation. I think you know I'm building in Florida, right? In Ocala.

yup...the good old "muck" (pretty sure thats whats its called) it varies from lot 2 lot over here is west palm aswell, some lots might run 6-8k 2 level out and some have been as high as 18k 2 fill and get ready...but take the good with the bad we r the #1state in riseing property value in the u.s. right now...by the time u'r house is done i'm sure it will b worth at least 25k more the way things r going. how long have they quoted u 4 it 2 b built?....houses here in west palm r going up at a rate of almost 4k a month from we read and have been told by realtors...i'm just glad i bought when i did...hopefully when u'r down here we can meet up sometime?good luck with the project..sorry i went off subject...

No prob bluelex - I'm excited about having a place in Florida. They say it will be 'substantially done' (means pending fixing anything basically) by end of September but I'm not holding my breath. If I can stay in it near the end of the year that will be great.

Me too! I'm looking forward to staying there before the end of the year!
