DaveGS4 has one that supposedly works for our car. He has been trying to get it installed so that we can make sure it works. There were some complications, though.

The OEM sunshade from the Aristo has been tricky to get installed. Custom stereo installer passed on it due to the Japanese-only instructions. The #1 Master tech at the local Lexus dealer took a crack at it last week and disassembled my car interior looking for the wiring harness plugs that should be there for the shade in a JDM Aristo... they do not exist in the US-spec GS (may be luckier on a newer GS430). He looked on both sides of my GS for the plugs since the harness of the Aristo shade is right-hand-drive, no joy.

At the end of the day he did not splice into the harness (although it could be done) and I've still got the sunshade uninstalled .
