Which one is lower.. l-tuned sideskirt or veilside executive sideskirt?

And, from your own opinion.. will vs exec ss match tte lip? I've searched and haven't found any vs skirt with tte lip; I want one, but I'm afraid to try out since front end of vs exec sideskirt might not match really well with the tte lip.. I know that even l-tuned does not match perfectly, but still nice and acceptable.. So any opinion?

One more.. what add on lip is this? I found it in pic gallery under screen name "mr who"
