Default Urgent: Need your input

I know that this thread may belong to the engine section soon but I just need the highest exposure right now because I need urgent help. I got my car from the dealer last night. This morning, I reset the ECU because the symptoms are still there. I noticed on top of the engine (picture below) what seems like a spot -- actually a screw hole -- where an old part may have been previously attached. It is shiny and seems to have been in use before. My question is, may I ask if you can check your engine for me and see if this area looks the same in my picture or if there's something attached to it. If different, I need to let the dealer know that something is missing ASAP. Thanks much!!

Awesome, guys. THANKS!!! You folks delivered once again!!!

Alright, I'll forgive the dealer

I'll leave it up to the Mod to take this to Engine section when he feels like it. Thanks again, JacobT and tmasta!!!

I believe that thread is so that a hook can be adapted for those major repair jobs where engine needs to be lifted. Pray that it will never be used!
