Question about the car
Hello everyone!
I am looking to buy a 1999 gs300 2jz. There is just one thing I would really like to do to it and that is to do an awd swap. Now I'm all right will all the fabrication, welding etc. What I wanted to ask of you, if there is anyone kind enough to share some photos of the front suspension/subframe, maybe just tell me if it could fit some axles stock etc. I can't find any good photos/videos online. I just need to know whether I could finish it this year, or whether I should wait before purchasing this car to save up money. From what I could find it looks like there is somebody that tries to make a nawd wagon gs300, but I could't find anything about the awd part in his videos. Maybe any of you know if the later models (not too later though) came with awd, then I'd rather take parts from those.
Thanks in advance!

Another thing you could look into, JZS173 and JZS179 Toyota Crowns came with AWD and are on the same platform. I've always wondered how hard it would be to retrofit the AWD parts from those, could be a lot easier than doing everything from scratch
