Default How to replace power steering hose high pressure

Does anyone has an instruction on how to replace the high pressure hose on GS300. It looks easy but it is a nightmare job. I wonder if removing the rack and pinion is necessary. I loosen the return hose and removed the high pressure hose but couldn't put them back in since I couldn't tight the hose bolts to rack and pinion. Any hint is appreciated.

I am pretty sure there is a Banjo Washer on both ends of the high pressure hose, and they should be replaced. They are a couple bucks from the dealer or eBay. If you didn’t replace that’s what your problem is
