Default Exhaust System Recommendations

Currently looking for some recommendations on exhaust systems that have a deep sort of rumble but aren't obnoxious. Price doesn't really matter, all recommendations are appreciated.

These days I tell people to go to a local muffler shop and just have one custom made. The price of name brand systems has skyrocketed. I have a shop Ive been using for decades now. They have a mandrel bender and experienced welders. What I do is provide the muffler and tip style I want, and they build the rest. This is typically much cheaper than buying a system (not talking about eBay garbage). Magnaflow is my usual choice in muffler. High quality and sound for a reasonable price. Call around and your area and ask about a mandrel pipe bender. If you find a shop with one, go with them.

I personally really enjoy the Megan Racing catback system I got for my GS. You can find a full kit for anywhere from ~$500 - $600 online. YMMV, but my 1UZ produces noticeable cabin drone with this system between 1000-2000 RPM if I'm not on the throttle, so just be weary. Here's a YouTube video of the system on a 2GS300:

WARNING: If you plan on doing this yourself, your exhaust nuts & bolts may be rusted to s***. I experienced much pain and dismay trying to unbolt the resonators from the catalytic converter and ended up having to dremel off one of the welded nuts. Just prepare adequately if you're DIYing.

Fujitsubo Legalis is one of the only quiet JDM exhausts still available new. I think the Tanabe Medalion Touring aka Revel Medallion Touring-S might have been discontinued, but it was a very good option, and I still see them listed new on eBay

Thanks for the recommendations, I’ll keep an eye out for any of these after I do a little more research on them.
