Post Timing belt slack

Hi guys, I have 2003 GS 300, 2JZ-GE VVT-i, I'am worried if my timing belt is too loose. Could you take a look and tell if that's normal? I attach video.
Thanks in advance.

Honestly that’s not too bad. When was the last time you had it replaced? The bigger indicator would be if you see visible stress cracks in it along with fray marks

Last replace was done around 10k miles ago, but not 100% sure, because it was done by previous owner. I believe he did, because water pump and belt tensioner looks like new, also no leaks from gears. The belt itself looks like brand new.

I think it’s fine. It’ll be extra tight on a fresh install but with the tensioner in place you should be good. Honestly, you can see if there is some thread to be tightened up on tensioner too. Just because it’s installed and pin pulled to create tightness doesn’t mean it’s pushed up all the way. Some installers fear over tightening and leave a little pressure off it. You wanna make sure it’s tq to spec
