I don't know you personally, but as a new owner of a 99 GS400, I can certainly sympathize. Prayers are definitely in order, whether people are religious or not....(I am). You can always get another car. I love my 99, but if it was wrecked, I would simply look up and begin again, even if it is not easy. Don't dwell on the negative.
To ALL LEXUS OWNERS: Be VERY careful during this holiday season. There are a lot of wacky drivers out there, and I simply don't believe that we are all DESTINED to crash our beloved cars.....hence, I don't BELIEVE in the CURSE. I don't accept that kind of negative thinking into my psyche...imagine letting such a thought in, then struggling to try to push it back out again. There are MUCH better things I can think about, instead of worrying about some dark sinister plan to rid us of our cars.
Our cars are labours of love, and we should expect to enjoy what we have created. Hopefully we will continue to get together in 2004, and modify and drive our cars the way we want, despite the jealous, stupid, and careless people (and their attitudes ) that we encounter from day to day.

Thanks for all the comments, everyone just be careful out there.. especially since the worst of the weather is yet to come and we already have so many cars wrecked.. as you all said, the cars can be replaced but ppl cant... I am unsure if I will get another GS to mod out right now, I was already considering getting rid of mine until spring time and then buying a new one.. I might just go with an suv for now and wait until spring to purchase another GS, if my insurance company will even keep me.. I am only 23 and that is 2 totalled cars this year
