Just curious if anyone else has experienced the issue I'm facing with my GS300 2003. I got the VSC/ABS/VSC OFF lights last week and got two codes: C0200 Front speed sensor RH circuit and C1223 ABS control system malfunction. I cleared the codes and started getting this buzzing noise (video link attached) while moving sub 20MPH along with a weird brake pedal sensation sometimes. While pressing down on the brake pedal , when the car is almost stopped, the pedal lets up on the resistance significantly until the car comes to a full stop. I replaced the front right ABS/Speed sensor today and the issue remains.

To Summarize:
VSC/ABS/VSC OFF
C0200 Front speed sensor RH circuit and C1223 ABS control system malfunction
Buzzing noise sometimes while traveling sub 20MPH
While breaking near the bottom the pedal lets up on the resistance significantly

Here is a link to a video with the noise:

Any help would be greatly appeciated!

Replace the wheel speed sensor first. If issues still persist then it's quite possible the ABS master cynlinder unit going bad.
