I just need to know if I can fit an 18x8.5 35 mm plus offset with 235 45 r18 tires with no mods stock suspension. Will I run into clearance issues?

It's the wrong tire size but it will work.

 

Will work, and there's a sticky thread with conservative and aggressive wheel setups. If you're not a fan of small wheels you might find that 18s on this car look a little wonky, especially with a thin tire and stock ride height.
