Default Replacing Heater Control Circuit

My 2003 GS 430 failed a smog check for the first time.

The error code is P0051- HO2S Heater Control Circuit Low Bank 2 Sensor 1

Unless I am mistaken, and please point out if I am, this is an O2 Sensor issue. I'm seeking advice on how to replace Sensor 1 on Bank 2.

I'm looking for a diagram of where the O2 Sensors are.

Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you for your time,
