Started an engine swap on 2003 gs300. Got it to crank once and run for about 30 mins, but each time I go to crank it now the IGN 5A fuse blows and prevents a complete start/engine turnover. The fuse blows as soon as the ignition switch hits run. No other fuses blow. Any help or assistance is appreciated.

 

Are the electrical connections for the coil packs crumbling? Mine crumbled. You can get a kit on ebay if that is the issue. Good luck guy.
