Firmer suspension options?
Hey everyone,
I picked up a 93 GS300 with a single turbo 2jz-gte out of an aristo, the car is great but it is on coilovers and where I live the roads are garbage, filled with potholes, cracks and wobbles and I want this to be my primary car so I'm fairly set on swapping them out for a firm but comfortable enough ride. What kind of springs, shocks and struts have you guys used? The coils are also too low for me, they scrape on speedbumps but they're adjustable so I'll be raising it soon. Thanks guys!

As for struts go, you may want to look at some of the bilstein supra/sc300 options. there is the standard b6(?) strut and there is the b8 (HD) lineup I believe.
If you can, google the "Gixxer drew supra" setup. That should have all the info you need about different springs, heights, etc. There were a few sc300 members that were on that supra forum thread as well. One of them even posted his full review here at clublexus.

Will the struts and springs from a supra or sc300 link up directly on a 1GS? Or conversely, would my current coilovers bolt up directly to a Supra or 1GS?
