Default Power Steering

Hey guys,

My power steering has been acting up a bit lately, let me explain:

It will start to whine a bit if I've been driving it a lot, I constantly have to put fluid into it which leads me to think that it's a leak.

Do I have to replace the whole power steering pump? Or is there another way to do it?

I can replace it if I need to but if there is a cheaper method, I would love to hear about it.

Thanks !

I had the same problem. Do some searching and read all the posts. My problem was the fluid had gummed up the reservoir so I had to get all of that gunk cleaned out of there with acetone and BBs... My pump was shot so it had to be replaced. good luck!
