Lol I think he is talking about setting timing at idle with a timing light you should set it to 10 degrees over top dead center . There are some marks on the plastic cover by the crank pulley. To adjust simply loosen distributor and turn it left or right to retard or advance timing.
Hey man, i will go answer your questions, but please stop making new threads. Compile all of your questions in one thread with a title something like "can you help me?"
Remove the gauge cluster by pulling the lower trim out (takes some force) this is the black part right below the gagues that has the dimmer ****. Then you will see two screws at the bottom and if you look at the top of the gauge cluster there are two circles where two more screws are. Remove all 4 screws a and unplug cluster. Then remove all screws on the backing plate of the cluster and you will see a bunch of green bulbs. Locate the one adjacent to the Check engine light and replace.

Codes don't give you a specific problem. They tell you the circuit that's having issues and sometimes what the issue is. This is where you have to think a little and actually do some diag. Or you can be like rookie a through parts at your car till its fixed.
Wow dude you adjusted your timing but now you have no spark?! How did you adjust your timin the damn thing has to be running to set the timing. Did you unplug anything? Did you even try to troubleshoot this or do you jump right on the forum? Considering it was running before you messed with your timing then it's something you messed with. Undo what ever it is you did then start over. Not tryin to discourage you but if you really don't know what you're doing then you should consider havin someone there that does and can teach you.
thats not it yo, my car was running fine after i set the timing, but now it the control module so i figure that one out myself. besides the timing i do everything on my car myself. I don't need anyone yo.
