gs300 Radio/Amplifier problem need help please

radio problems
hello all any help would be much appreciated so here goes, i have a 1993 gs 300 with nakamichi sound system the radio powers on and i can select channels but i get no sound. when i plug in the blue clip into the amplifier it blows a fuse under the hood i replaced the amplifier but the same thing occurs anyone know how to fix this or have the same problem?
