simple....move your seats all the way up first......carefully pry off two little plastic covers at the end of both rails......remove both bolts......move seats all the way back......carefully remove the other two plastic covers.....and remove bolts.....now.....CAREFULLY.....tilt the seat back and disconnect the wiring for your power seats. then be very careful when you extract the seats from the car. if you can get a helping hand so you wont scratch anything. good luck

oops...forgot to tell you about that...well first carefully pry off the small cover for the top part of the seat belt and remove one bolt(BOLT #1). then carefully take the big cover at the bottom and remove the other bolt(BOLT #2) holding in the seatbelt retractor thingy and that's all she wrote.
