Alarm

When I bought my GS300 it did not come with the remote and the plastic on the key was smashed so it was just the metal. Every time I put the key in the door to unlock it, the alarm goes off! The only way to stop it is disconnecting the battery and if you reconnect the battery it goes off again. I looked at the FSM and it shows the security under the dash, but I've tried disconnecting everything under there and when I reconnect the battery it still goes off. Anyone else ever had this problem?

after I bought my car I just went and paid 60$ labor to have an afetermarket alarm/remoe start installed.

The OEM system is cuting the ignition so I can't start the car.
