Where is vin code on mk1 gs300 ? One is under the bonnet (plate,wheres paint code and transmission code etc.) But where else can i find vin code on the chassis ?

 

the vin plate is going to tell you paint code, and diff code. it shouldn't list a tranny code, since they were all automatic anyway.
