Sluggish needles. Suggestions?

Sluggish needles. Suggestions?

I just popped in a new tach needle, and now my speedo needle is not responding correctly. It moves really slow. And the tach needle shows 0RPM at idle and shouild be somewhere around 700-1000rpm.

Possible pushed too hard, pull them out just a hair

It seems to have fixed itself. Now I just gotta do some weird trick to turn the airbag light off.
